I don't think gnome-power-manager provides any kind of one-click panel icon or
keyboard shortcut that immediately hibernates the computer. With gnome it seems
you have to click 'Shut Down' and then choose between Suspend, Hibernate,
Restart, Cancel and Shut Down with a second click.
