I need following packages to install PSPP graphing interface;

Where can I get it?  Thanks


Texinfo (http://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/), version 4.7 or
      later.  Installing Texinfo will allow you to build PSPP
      documentation in PostScript or PDF format.
