Does anyone have further information on this issue? We are in the process of setting up some new servers that will be using dual qlogic 2460 adapters w/multipathd connecting to an EMC SAN. We will likely be using LVM2 snapshots as well. We were hoping to use Debian 5.0 amd64 with the stock kernel. This kernel bug shows at least a few people having this issue: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11646 Are others having this problem?
