On a side note, I never use the full-upgrade command because it has the
potential to remove a huge number of packages, and safe-upgrade handles
most situations (like library transitions) just fine.

The three other packages are not upgradable either, but it seems that
aptitude's resolver detects that earlier (probably because they directly
depend on a package that is not available yet).  Actually you have five
un-upgradable packages.

Are you sure?  They only seem to be available on amd64.

They have not yet been built.  In the case of xfce4, that involves
building some other packages, so this may take a few days.  Such
temporary uninstallabilities are normal in sid, especially during
transitions (which are frequent after a release).
