IIRC, Sun has released enough of their JRE and JDK to produce an DSFG-free
version that works, and it is in main under the name "openjdk". AFAIK,
there will be no "Sun Java" as a separate project for 1.7, but instead all
their effort is going into the openjdk project.

(I suppose the can take the openjdk, bless a certain version of it and
brand/trademark is as "Sun Java", but it'll still be free software under the
hood.)
