The last two lines are in conflict; the last line should be removed.

Also tighten the mask of 10.x subnet, so the total routing becomes:

10.1.1.0     0.0.0.0    255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0 eth0
192.168.1.0  0.0.0.0    255.255.255.0   U     0      0        0 eth1
