I installed mozilla-plugin-gnash, still no help.
I removed ~/.mozilla and started Again, still no help.
I looked in preferences/applications and there is no SWF choice there.

I also downloaded http://www.taipower.com.tw/flash/effect.swf
and ran gnash on it. Is there something I should see or is it blank?
