It seems that wget does not receive the whole animation, unless
Macromedia has achieved truly astonishing data compression:

Here it plays the animation (well, what's left of it), but I don't have
flashplayer-mozilla, only swfdec-mozilla.
Can you look in Edit -> Preferences -> Applications what's defined for
"SWF File"?
