default interface issue
Hi,
I'm stumped on this one, have a dedicated server which with a /30. So I have ips on eth0, eth0:1, eth0:2 etc. For some reason the default route is eth0:1, so for any outbound traffic the source address of the server is eth0:1, but it should be eth0, which is the primary interface and also has the gateway assigned to it in /etc/network/interfaces.
Any ideas? I'm must be missing something really simple.. none of the other interfaces have a gateway set in /etc/network/interfaces
