That means you are trying to use a 32-bit library/binary on a 64-bit system. 32-bit libraries cannot link to 64-bit libraries. So, when you are running 32-bit binaries/libraries, you'll need to install special packages that contain the 32-bit versions of their dependencies. IIRC, you were originally trying to get flash 10 working, right? You might try get getting a 64-bit version of that. (That would also eliminate the need for nspluginwrapper.) Those packages aren't available in the official repositories for etch, lenny, or even sid. I got them from http://www.debian-multimedia.org/ , which also has a Adobe Flash 10 package available for sid/amd64.
