Lenny and Sid still have that because Debian is in feature freeze and no 
new versions are accepted.

That would be 'dpkg'.

a line like this should do it

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ experimental main

Don't get too scared by the name experimental, it usually is used for 
experiments, but during the freeze new versions go there because it's 
not wise to put them in sid (unstable).

OTOH, if you're not in a big hurry it would be wiser to wait until Lenny 
is released as I assume backports will be available pretty fast.
