Replication datas in cluster

Hello,

I have been configured the drbd+hearbeat.

If the cluster2 (master) is off, the cluster1 (slave) take all resources of cluster2.

But if cluster2 is up, it receive all resources, and datas, but the datas not come to cluster2, and the /home is not mounted in cluster1.

How I can to do the datas created in cluster1 go to cluster2 ?
