Here I'm attach the screen shot of error shown when installing new packages, using package manager.

 

I install the ntfs-3g package externally, not from the etch.It have two file one of them is a library file start with lib...deb   & second one is ntfs-3g.deb .First install the library file then install the ntfs-3g.deb(By just double click on the corresponding file).

 

I will be inform you after checking , what is error showing when installing new packages using aptitude.
