They went installed by default as I have bought the Laptops.

And?  --  where is the problem?

It works perfectly with the Lucent WinModem driver from scratch
with FAX, Internet connection up to 33600 Bps, XYZ-Modem...

This is what count.  IT JUST WORKS!
