This confirms my conjecture.  You should remove the entry for
http://wine.budgetdedicated.com from your sources.list, since these
packages are not installable in Lenny.

If you insist on having the latest and greatest wine, consider
installing the package from unstable.  Or wait some more days until it
arrives in testing.
