Check the network.protocol-handler.app.http setting of icedove. (Edit ->
Preferences -> Advanced tab -> Config Editor... button -> enter "http"
as a filter) In my case this is set to "x-www-browser" (default) and
that seems to work. (I have x-www-browser pointing to iceweasel just
