Were made a signature in ASCII in vim, and when it was attached to Thunderbird, some rows was broken and ASCII art together. Were suspect that it has happened because of too many characters in a row, and when some characters were removed, everything starts to look OK.

Usually less then 80, but <=72 would be a safe bet. BTW, signatures should generally not exceed 5 rows (netiquette).

78 was too big. After 72 looks OK.
Is 5 rows really netiquette?
