download libqt3-mt-3.3.7-4 from here:
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/q/qt-x11-free/libqt3-mt_3.3.7-4etch1_i386.deb
and then
dpkg -i libqt3-mt_3.3.7-4etch1_i386.deb
