government block wikipedia, I use google search Psiphon and visit 2 sites of 1st search result
page, both are blocked. Maybe the rest are blocked too.
The page entry is interested:
psiphon.ca/download.php
NOTE: If you live in a country that censors your Internet access, you DO NOT need to download
psiphon. You need to find a psiphonode provider. ...
Hopefully someone can send me the page.
