Why do you do this?  --  You can put it into YOUR OWN file.

If you create your OWN cursors the are here:

    ~/.icons/default/cursors/sb_double_arrow
    ~/.icons/default/index.theme

but it is enough, if you put the desired theme name in the "index.theme"
