same thing happened to me on the upgrade to xorg 7.2.  the nvidia
driver needs to be recompiled and packaged for the new xorg.    thats
what we get for using non-free stuff...

you should file a bug on nvidia-kernel about this so they know that
they need to fix it.  in the meantime, u can download the driver
directly from nvidia.
