$ apt-cache show poppler-utils
Replaces: xpdf-utils, pdftohtml, xpdf-reader
Provides: xpdf-utils, pdftohtml
pdftohtml is obsolete; its functionality is now included in the
poppler-utils package. You should already have the /usr/bin/pdftohtml
executable if you have poppler-utils installed. (You might want to
upgrade to version 0.5.4-4 which is available in Sid now.)
