Welcome to Sid.  This problem occurs because the needed package is
missing on your mirror.  In this case the missing package is available
on other mirrors, so either wait until it hits your mirror, or select
another one.

This type of problem occurs semi-frequently (dependency issues with
Sid).  Best bet is to wait until the problem fixes itself, or to check
for bug reports and/or file one.
