zdump -v /etc/localtime | grep 2007

P.S. You can remove the outdated "ftp.nerim.net" line from your
/etc/apt/sources.list to get rid of that error message. Marillat's
packages are now at www.debian-multimedia.org. (This is completely
unrelated to your current timezone problem.)
