Also leaving appropriate content in the message so you don't have to try
and figure out what the #!@@@%^# he is talking about.

He/she has been asked about this before.

Don't forget to check that your /etc/apt/sources.lst entries point to 
etch and not testing, otherwise you may end up with a broken system once
etch goes stable.
