It was one of the first Modules produced, but while searchin the
Net I have found on eBay only 64 MByte for 3 years or such.

Analysis.  My program requires only 300 kByte in memory so the
32 MByte of ram went enough, but I do mathematical calculations
for what I need real CPU-Power.
