Etch with kernel 2.6.19 or later [Was: Install driver for 3w9650SE at install time]

After litle search I found out that the Linux kernel 2.6.19 or later
includes this driver.
Now my problem is geting bootable CD with Etch and kernel 2.6.19 or
later an ask therefor if someone have made such CD? The arch is x86_64.
