mplayer + usb-to-video

I have a laptop without s-video output (Toshiba - Portege R100) so my
question is: There are any way to take out video signal throw
USB2.0-Video/audio adapter (http://www.usb-port.com/uvd204.html) ?
And the see the movies in the TV ?
