Is the framebuffer enabled in your kernel? Something like this: picard@romula:~$ zcat /proc/config.gz | grep FB.*[ym]$ CONFIG_FB=y CONFIG_FB_CFB_FILLRECT=y CONFIG_FB_CFB_COPYAREA=y CONFIG_FB_CFB_IMAGEBLIT=y CONFIG_FB_MODE_HELPERS=y CONFIG_FB_RADEON=y CONFIG_FB_RADEON_I2C=y picard@romula:~$ (I have a graphic card with the Radeon 9000 chipset) -- FORZA VECCHIO CUORE BIANCOROSSO! 1905 -> 2005 (+2)... la storia continua ---=== Powered by Debian GNU/Linux ===--- (registered Linux user #297134)
