Yes i need to mirror all functions, programs, crons, databases etc to
do with a web server. I have been looking this up and it seems, as
roberto said in an earlier post, its is going to be an expensive
exercise. I really need a cheap option at the moment if there is such
a thing. What is the best way to have this done? The sites on my box are MySQL and PostgreSQL driven so those need to be on both machines as well. Ideally id like to have a main server and in any event that the main server went down, switch to the other server. Any info greatly appreciatedDo you mean that you need to mirror the MySQL & PostgreSQL databases, or some non-database files, or both? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFtF94S9HxQb37XmcRAkpPAJ9j3tOas1wGYgKqEjjq+VUazU1oSwCglm25 0Jqjnu59/XZDos8E9WuTbT0= =B/MW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |
