tape drive writing and kenel errors in debian



Hi,

I am running debian 3.1 on dell power edge 2650 with power vault 114T and i am running bacula backup for my tape backup.My backup is not working because of the following error

 kernel: st0: Error with sense data: Current st09:00: sense key Unit Attention 
 kernel: Additional sense indicates Not ready to ready change,medium may have changed 
 kernel: st0: Error with sense data: Current st09:00: sense key Not Ready 
 kernel: Additional sense indicates Logical unit is in process of becoming ready 
 kernel: st0: Error with sense data: Current st09:00: sense key Not Ready 

kernel varsion 2.4.27-2-686-smp #1 SMP and bacula is giving the following error

can some one help me why my backup is not completting and the solution for this
problem
