Hi,
I hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to run a vncserver with
xinetd, it works fine as long as I use wait=no, but I really need the
functionality of it with wait=yes. I think it worked with inetd, so it
should not be a problem of the vncserver but a configuration problem.
Here is my /etc/xinetd.d/Xvnc
service Xvnc
{
disable = no
protocol = tcp
socket_type = stream
wait = yes
user = party
server = /usr/bin/Xvnc
server_args = -inetd -query localhost -once -geometry 1024x768
-depth
}
On the client I get this error:
CConn: connected to host echo port 5901
main: read: Connection reset by peer (104)
On the server I get many lines like these:
Mar 10 20:27:51 echo xinetd[10204]: warning: can't get client address:
Transport endpoint is not connected
Mar 10 20:27:51 echo xinetd[10204]: libwrap refused connection to Xvnc
