	As you pointed out in the other arch's its just : 
debian-testing-arch's-DVD-1.jigdo

So this jigdo file type as the source and the binary for the package ?

Where as the :
debian-testing-i386-DVD-binary-1.jigdo
Is for just the binary packages ?
