Only if you receive your mail OVER a MTA.

With fetchmail you must download and filter
it for example trough procmail or maildrop.

e.g.:

    :0
    * ^(Cc|To):.*-request@lists\.debian\.org
    .ATTENTION.debian_spam/
    
    :0fw
    * < 50000
    |spamc
