(1) but it's too damn slow!
(2) a giant bloated whale, but actually seems to work pretty well for
    light word-processing duties and reading .doc files I get in the mail

(*) I don't actually use lua and libfltk yet, but I greatly admire them,
    and plan to use them in the future.
