dchroot & schroot

Hi

I have both dchroot & schroot installed on my box, but I want to just keep
one. On seeing:

schroot shares most of its options with dchroot, but offers vastly
more functionality.

I decided to remove schroot because I don't need those fancy functionality.
but I can't because:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  dchroot: Depends: schroot (= 1.0.2-1) but it is not installable

so, what's the relation between the two? Can I just keep one instead?
