testing : this is the debian flavour you're connected to. It could be
stable (sarge), testing (etch), unstable (sid) or experimental.
main : this is the list of packets you want to have access. It could
be "main", "contrib", "non-free" or several of them, for example :
deb http://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
