log messages at boot time
I editet /etc/default/bootlogd so that "BOOTLOGD_ENABLE=Yes". and booted with my newly compiled 2.6.16, I then went to read the messages /var/log/boot, but it says the file is not readable. how can I get those lines scrolling up the screen when bootup.
thanks
