Subject: GUI not loading

I installed debian a few days ago and my Xserver is not loading properly. It
has a weird behavior. It doesn't work if I boot up at first time but once I
reset it, it works fine.

desktop:~# shutdown -r now

So I guess is a device loading problem. How do I get rid of it?

I went to the log files and got from /var/log/syslog. I believe just this
part is need to understand the issue. I highlighted what I thought is
important. Is there another log file I should be watching?

By the way I run:

desktop:~# uname -a

Linux desktop 2.4.27-2-386 #1 Mon May 16 16:47:51 JST 2005 i686 GNU/Linux
