I tried but it says that the file is not recognized as a tar file :(
As the filename is: profi_lamp_install_guide.tar.tar
So I ran
iuri@desktop:~$ tar -xvf profi_lamp_install_guide.tar.tar

then I tried
iuri@desktop:~$ tar -xzvf profi_lamp_install_guide.tar.tar
which gave this
INSTALL
Which I ran and got
