Yep, Xine sends fake Scroll Lock key events to foil the screensaver.
Depending on your Emacs version, the following:

 (global-set-key [key-20] 'ignore)

or the following:

 (global-set-key [Scroll_Lock] 'ignore)

should do the trick.  Otherwise, catch the event with M-x global-set-key
and bind it to `ignore'.
