firefox problem

Hello,

I am encountering a serious problem with firefox under
debian etch. The text doesn t appear as it should be
in my navigator. Links are underlined, and a lot of
words are hidden until I move the cursor on it.
I have heard it is due to the libcairo2 anti-aliasing
librairy in the debian French list, is that sure ? Is
there a way to avoid this cause it seems that libairo2
is used by a lot of other packages
