I might be wrong, but one you have an iso ready you can generate a toc
file like the following:
CD_ROM
TRACK MODE1
DATAFILE "<iso_file>"
Then you just:
cdrdao --device /dev/cdrom write <your_toc>
cdrdao --devide 0,0,0 write <your_toc>
Weird thing is that all this is in the man page, of course scattered
in the whole page.
