My guess (I don't run SpamAssassin directly, but through MailScanner) is that it will be somewhere in /var/lib Alternatively, you can just export the database and import it on the new server. On the old box do: sa-learn --backup > sa_backup.db Then copy the sa_backup.db to the new server.
