Oh, so the objection is to _dissident_ poltical teaching. Heaven forbid that high school students should be challenged to think and decide for themselves.

No, the distinction is between teaching various theories of
government, history of the development of government, relative
advantages and disadvantages, etc. and putting forth one's
own political views as fact.
