If the Windows PC is XP or 2000, don't use Samba, just make sure other Linux 
machines an print to CUPS.  CUPS uses Internet Printing Protocol, and Windows 
can also use this.  All you need to know is the URL to your printer in CUPS.  
There's probably IPP drivers for Windows versions that don't natively support 
it, I would suggest that route if you're trying to print from older Windows 
versions.
