Which help are you referring too?

[ atrus ]$ dpkg -L vim-runtime | grep help.txt

I have installed this vim packages:
[ atrus ]$ dpkg -l | grep vim | cut -d" " -f 3
vim-common
vim-gtk
vim-gui-common
vim-runtime
vimpart
