It seems to me something is wrong with one of the files kdevelop is trying
to open, and that the file is under subversion control.  Did you do
something with your subversion setup recently?

I'd recommend moving your kdevelop3rc file out of the way, and see if
kdevelop starts.  Then, if it does, try to load your project.  If it
starts, but doesn't load your project, you know something is wrong with one
of the files.  You can try loading them one at a time to narrow it down. 
When you find the culprit, open up a bug report, and attach the file.  That
way, the developers can reproduce the crash.
