Where is the problem to write a message like:

        +-------------------------------+
        | From: amadan.korvin@gmail.com |
        | To: pts@qa.debian.org         |
        |                               |
        | subscribe udev                |
        +-------------------------------+

and then if the answer is coming in, reply the confirmation
message within 3 days and leave the Subject line intact?
