Have you tried Googling?  This is a frequently asked question.  See

That's a long url so it may not work for you.  Anyway, put this in
/etc/apt/apt.conf (create the file if it doesn't exist):

APT::Cache-Limit                20000000; 

Then run aptitude update again.
